Krafted Labs™ provides a done-for-you Shopify store build, product loading, design, and supporting training materials. Shopify hosting, domains, and payment processing fees are separate and paid directly to those providers.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.
• You must provide accurate contact and billing information.
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided.

4. Delivery

Stores are typically delivered within 24 hours after checkout. Delivery timelines depend on you providing the required information (store name, niche, contact details) promptly.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it carefully before purchasing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and materials provided by Krafted Labs™ remain our intellectual property. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered store for your own business.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
• Do not resell, redistribute, or copy training materials.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our systems.

8. Disclaimer — No Income Guarantee

We do not guarantee any specific level of sales, revenue, or profit. Results depend on your effort, ad spend, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. Any figures shown are examples, not promises.

9. Third-Party Services

Our service relies on third-party platforms including Shopify, payment processors, and ad networks. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account issues on those platforms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krafted Labs™ and H. Farhat Enterprises LTD are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

11. Termination
